Distribution Rights

1. Grant of Rights
1.1. FINANFI, owned and operated by Kheda and David Nagy, grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and
use the digital products purchased from us for your personal,
non-commercial use.
1.2. This right does not allow for the resale, distribution,
sublicensing, or any other form of transfer of the digital
products, either for commercial gain or otherwise, to any third
party.
2. Restrictions
2.1. You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing,
distributing, or making available the digital products to
anyone other than yourself.
2.2. You may not modify, create derivative works from,
publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or
transmit any of the digital content, except as permitted under
these Terms or with the prior written consent of FINANFI.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All digital products and content are the intellectual
property of FINANFI and are protected by international
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our
digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal
action.
4. Termination

4.1. FINANFI reserves the right to terminate your access to the
digital products without notice if you breach these Terms.
4.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these
Terms will cease immediately, and you must destroy all copies
of the digital products in your possession.
5. No Transfer of Rights
5.1. Your rights and obligations under these Terms are
personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred to any
other person or entity.

to export and import laws and regulations. You agree not to
export, re-export, or transfer the digital products in violation
of such laws and regulations.
